Burning Issues of Telangana.-:ఏపాపం చేయని వాడు ఆరాయి విసరాలి:-ఈ చరణం నేరం నాదికాదు ఆకలి అనే సినిమాలోనిది.నేనా సినిమా చూడలేదు,కాని అపాట చాల సార్లు విన్నాను.ఇప్పుడు తెరాస నాయకత్వం మీద ఉన్నవి లేనివీ కల్పించి రాస్తున్నట్లు అనిపిస్తున్నది.అవి నాకు కేసీఆర్ మీద వేస్తున్న రాళ్ళ మాదిరిగా అనిపిస్తున్నాయి.అట్లని కేసీఆర్ పవిత్రుడని ,తప్పులుచేయలేదని వాదించటం నా ఉద్దేశం కాదు.ఎన్నో తప్పులు కేసీఆర్ మాదిరే చేసి తమ దగ్గర ఏతప్పూ లేనట్లూ కూడా వారు ప్రవర్తిస్తున్నారు/విమర్శిస్తున్నారు .కాని వాళ్ళంతా విమర్శలకతీతంగా ఏమాత్రం లేరు.రసమయి బాల్కిషన్ కూడా అటువంటివాడే నని నిన్న ఆంధ్ర జ్యోతిలో అతను రాసిన వ్యాసం తీరు తెలుపుతున్నది.రసమయి ఏపాపం చెయ్యకుండా ఉండిఉంటాడని నేను అనుకోవడం లేదు.అందుచేత కేసీఆర్ పైన అన్ని రాళ్ళు విసరడానికి అతడు అర్హుడు కాడు. రసమయికి నామొఖం తెలవదు ఐనా కేసీఆర్ అతనికి టిక్కెట్ట్ చివరి వరకూ ఆశ చూపి ఇవ్వక పోవటం తప్పేనని వాదిస్తూ వచ్చాను.'వచ్చె వచ్చె తెలంగాణ ' అంటూ ఆమధ్య అంటే కేంద్రంలో మంత్రిగా ఉన్నరోజుల్లోనే ప్రకటనలు చేస్తూ కేసీఆర్ తెలంగాణ వాళ్ళను కూడా ఊరించాడు. టిక్కెట్లను ఇస్తానంటూ ఊరించితేనె తనవెంట బాల్కిషన్ వంటి పాటగాళ్ళు ఆటగాళ్ళు చిన్న పెద్ద నాయకులతోపాటు తెలంగాణ ప్రజలు కూడా తిరుగుతారని కేసీఆర్ అనుకున్నట్టున్నాడు.ఇటువంటి జిమ్మిక్కులు కొన్నిసార్లు గతంలో మంచిఫలితాలుకూడా ఇచ్చి ఉండవచ్చు.కాని అన్నిసార్లు కుదరదు.తిర్గినన్నాళ్ళు తిరిగి ఎవరైనా ఇట్లనే తిడతారు.ఐనా బాల్కిషన్ను నేను సమర్ధించలేను.ముఖ్యంగా టీడీపీతో జతకట్టడానికి బాబు నుండి 400 కోట్లు కేసీఆర్ తీసుకున్నాడని అతను చేసిన ఆరోపణపైన నాకు ఏమాత్రం నమ్మకంలేదు.ఒకవైపు 48 సీట్లు ఇస్తూ 4 వందల కోట్లు ఇవ్వడానికి బాబు పిచ్చివాడేమీ కాదు.ఐతే 30-40 కోట్ల వరకు బాబు ఇచ్చాడని,కేసీఆర్ తీసుకున్నాడని అతని దగ్గరి వాళ్ళే చెప్పగా విన్నాను,అది నమ్ముతున్నాను కూడా. ఇంత బలహీనంగ ఉన్న ఈఎన్నికల్లోనె కేసీఆర్కు టీడీపీ 4 వందలకోట్లిస్తే 2004 నాటి ఎన్నికల్లో తమతో కలిసినందుకు కాంగ్రేసు 1000 కోట్లు ఇచ్చి ఉంటుందనికూడా అనుకోవాల్సి ఉంటుంది,ఆరోపించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.మరోవైపు పార్టీ టిక్కెట్లను డబ్బులే ప్రాతిపదికగా (కోట్లు తీసుకుని) ఇచ్చాడనేదికూడా నమ్ముతున్నాను.ఐతే వసూళ్ళు చేసిన దాంట్లో తెలంగాన భవనానికి,కొందరు బలహీనులైన అభ్యర్ధులకు,చిన్న-పెద్ద మీటింగులకు,కొన్ని సార్లు పార్టీ భోజనాలకు ఖర్చు చేశాడని కూడా విన్నాను.ఇటీవల బయటికి పోయిన వాళ్లలొ కొందరికి వెనక్కు రావడానికికూడా లక్షల్లో డబ్బు ఇచ్చాడనికూడా విన్నాను.అంతేకాదు కొందరు పదవులు భాధ్యతలు వప్పజెప్పి వసూళ్ళు చెయ్యమంటే వారే వసూలు చేసుకుని వెనకేసుకున్నట్లు కూడా విన్నాను.ఐతే వసూళ్లలో సగమొ పాతిక వంతో మిగిలిచ్చుకొని ఉండొచ్చుకూడా.మన తెలంగాణవాళ్ళు ఇచ్చే రూపాయి రెండు రూపాయిలతోటే తె-ఉద్యమం నడవాలంటే తెరాస నడిపే ఉద్యమం కూడా తె-సంఘాలు(ఆర్గనైసేషన్స్)ఆమూల,ఈమూలన నడిపినట్లుగానే నడిచేది,ఇంత దూరం వచ్చేది కాదు. కేసీఆర్ చేసిన నేరాలో,పొరపాట్లో ఎన్నో ఉన్నట్లు బయటికెళ్ళినవాళ్ళు బాల్కిషన్ మాదిరే ఎన్నో చెప్పారు/ఆరోపించారు.అసలింతకు కేసీఆర్ చేసిన పొరపాటేమిటో ఒకటి,రెండు అంశాలకు కుదించి చెప్పమంటే చెప్పే తెలంగానవాళ్ళే కరువైనారు. వాళ్ల ఆరోపణలలో చాలా భాగం ఇతర పార్టీల పెద్దలుకూడా చేస్తున్నవే.ఒక్క కేసీఆర్ అదనంగ చేసినవి ఒకటి,రెండు అంశాలకు కుదించి చెప్పినప్పుడే వాళ్ళు చెఫ్ఫే/విమర్శించే వాటికి అర్ధం ఉంటుంది.అంతవరకు అవన్ని గాలికి పొయ్యేవే.

Traditional vocations such as "carpenter" Vadla, "pot maker" Kummari, "Smith" Kammari, "Weaver" Saale, etc that provided livelihoods in rural environment to agricultural support people, are fast disappearing and becoming uneconomical to sustain. Adding to this the youth who are somewhat educated don't want to work in fields as day laborers bending their backs.
Mechanized agriculture is replacing many of these old vocations. We have a dilemma. Those that have lands can't get labor to farm. Those that can work don't want to do farm work. So, lands are going uncultivated while people are going unemployed.
Solution: Establish vocational training and incentivise those that can't go to college to go to trade schools. Train them in Tractor operation, tractor mechanic, machine shop, Electric motor repair, Construction trades, etc. Pay pupils to attend these Trade schools (Just as Doctors get paid a stipend during residency).

I am a bit dis-appointed with the forum participation on this topic.
Most all are eager for Telangana Statehood. And every one is
knowledgeable about political and scoial issues.
But by the participation and the number of issues
of Telangana documented under this topic, It doesn't seem like
many are aware of the issues or what separate Statehood means
in terms of solving Telangana issues.
When we don't understand the issues involved and how the TS
we are fighting for will help these issues, how can we sell
the idea to those that are not exposed to the TS demand and fight?
Remember one has to sell any idea from the " WIIFM" angle for a common man.

Nice post Purushotham,
As you mentioned EDUCATING TELANGANA YOUTH is absolutely necessary. In this regard, i PLANNED preparing some HARDCORE POSTERS and publish them in each Locality of TELANGANA. As a first spell, i planned distributing these via WEB. Once i get good responce, i will try to distribute HARD copies. Before distributing i would like have valuable comments from all of YOU. Please also comment on the IDEA. Thank you.

we have to look to modern affects and as such how telagana can develop, and how telagana has been used by some can now be easily seen thru google earth, how and why some people were aware of the various govt development projects were aware even befor the govt announced. there is a need to enquire how govt machinary was used, to usurp poor farmers lands.
